Drag candidates through stages you define, filter by role or teammate, and spot where hiring is stalling.
Candidate Pipeline gives each candidate you add a stage — Sourced, Contacted, Replied, Interviewing, Offer, Hired and Rejected by default, or whatever your team uses instead. Add candidates from a list or from their profile in the Inbox, move them between stages by dragging or from a dropdown, and see at a glance which role each one belongs to, who owns them, and how long they've been waiting.
A quick, self-playing walkthrough of the Pipeline — click any step to jump straight to it.
Narrow the board to one search, one teammate, or a candidate you're looking for.
Add a list in one click, up to 500 candidates at a time — anyone already in the pipeline is skipped — or add a single candidate from their profile in the Inbox, where you can also change their stage.
Each card shows the candidate's current role and location, how many days they've been in the stage, and the search and teammate they belong to.
Start from seven default stages or make them your own, with up to 12 shared across your team.
Every stage change is recorded, which is what powers the Bottlenecks view — and stages averaging 7+ days are marked as a possible bottleneck.
Pipeline has its own row in Settings → Permissions, so admins can hide it or restrict who can add and move candidates.
