Publish a job from your search. Google for Jobs can pick it up automatically, four boards can pull it from a feed you submit once, and the rest get copy-ready text and a tracked apply link.
From a search's results, Post job publishes a public job page with a direct link, and Distribute to job boards takes it further. Google for Jobs reads the page automatically. Indeed, Jooble, Adzuna and Talent.com can pull the job from an XML feed FastHire hosts, once each board approves it. For LinkedIn Jobs, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter and SEEK, FastHire gives you copy-ready text and a tracked apply link to post yourself. FastHire doesn't post to those four for you, and every board decides for itself whether and when a job is listed.

Boards connect in different ways, so each one is labelled by how it actually works.
Your public job page carries schema.org JobPosting data, so the job can appear in Google job search once Google re-crawls the page. There's nothing to set up beyond enabling the posting, and Google decides if and when it's listed.
FastHire hosts an XML job feed for each board. Switch a posting "In feed", copy the feed URL and submit it once in the board's employer or partner portal. Each board approves feeds on its own side, so it can take time.
FastHire gives you copy-ready posting text and a tracked apply link. You post on the board yourself, then mark it Posted, optionally pasting the link to your live listing. FastHire doesn't post to these boards for you.
Every link FastHire gives a board carries a source tag, so each application records which board it came from.
Lists → Job applications shows the board for each applicant — or "Direct" for visitors who arrived without a board tag.
The distribution dialog shows how many applications each board has sent you.
Applications through your public job page don't cost credits, and they land in a list.
A posting only appears in a board's feed while it's enabled and switched on for that board.
Open each board's employer portal from the dialog, right next to its feed URL or posting text.
No. FastHire doesn't post to any of these boards on your behalf. Indeed, like Jooble, Adzuna and Talent.com, can pull your jobs from an XML feed FastHire hosts, once you've submitted the feed URL and the board has approved it. For LinkedIn Jobs, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter and SEEK, FastHire gives you copy-ready posting text and a tracked apply link, and you post on the board yourself.
