How to Manage Roles and Permissions (Org Admin vs. Recruiter)

FastHire has four tiers: a Free trial, Starter, Growth, and Enterprise — differing mainly in monthly contact credits, candidates sourced, users, and ATS integration depth. Paid plans get 15% off when billed annually, and extra usage beyond your plan's limits is billed per unit rather than blocked outright (except on the free trial).

Annual billing
Every paid plan gets a flat 15% discount when billed annually instead of monthly — shown on the Billing page as the default view, with the monthly-billed price available as an alternative.
Currency
Prices are actually billed in USD. Any other currency shown on the Billing page is an illustrative conversion based on your company's country (set in Settings → Profile → Company info), not a separate real billing currency.
Seats are separate from plan pricing
Plan tiers don't automatically set how many people can activate outreach sequences — that's a separate "seat" limit, currently fixed per organization rather than tied to your subscription tier. See "Understanding Sequence Seats and Activation Limits" for how that actually works, since it doesn't necessarily scale up just because you upgraded your plan.
Frequently asked questions
What happens when I use up my monthly credits or sourcing limit on a paid plan?
You're billed per extra unit at your plan's overage rate rather than being blocked — check Settings → Billing for your current usage.
What happens on the free trial once I hit a limit?
Trial limits block further use rather than billing overage — you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan to continue.
Does upgrading my plan automatically increase my seat limit?
Not automatically — contact FastHire support if you've upgraded and still need more seats.
Is the price I see in my local currency what I'm actually charged?
No — actual billing happens in USD. Other currencies shown are illustrative conversions only.
